事業推進責任者ご挨拶Greetings from the Project Promotion Director
本プログラムの事業推進責任者の谷内江です。My name is Yachie, and I am in charge of promoting this program.
本事業は、令和３年度文部科学省大学教育再生戦略推進費「基礎研究医養成活性化プログラム」を背景に、児童虐待、薬物中毒、そして未知の感染症など、現代社会が遭遇する多くの課題を「臨床法医学」の立場から解決することを目指すものです。「臨床法医学」にかかる人材育成の重要性を深く認識し、その実現のために、法医学を中心とした多彩な分野の連携と新たな融合的大学院教育を構築します。連携校の秋田大学、金沢医科大学及び協力校の日本歯科大学と共に、事業を円滑にすすめるため、代表校の金沢大学が主体となり「臨床法医教育拠点コンソーシアム運営協議会」を発足し、今日に至っています。就学の機会に当プログラムを利用して、問題解決に向けた中心的役割を担う人物に育って頂きたいと考えています。Against the background of the “Program to Revitalize the Training of Basic Medical Researchers” funded by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology in 2021, this project aims to solve many of the issues facing modern society, such as child abuse, drug addiction, and unknown infectious diseases, from the perspective of “clinical forensic medicine.” Deeply recognizing the importance of human resource development in the field of “clinical forensic medicine,” we will create a new, integrative graduate school education that brings together a variety of disciplines centered on forensic medicine. To ensure the smooth running of the project, the representative school, Kanazawa University, took the initiative in establishing the “Clinical Forensic Medicine Education Center Consortium Steering Committee,” which is still in operation today, together with the partner schools Akita University and Kanazawa Medical University, and the cooperating school, The Nippon Dental University. We hope that students will use this program to study and grow into people who will play a central role in solving societal problems.
