事業概要Project Overview
本事業は、医歯工法および地域との連携により、児童虐待や薬物中毒、未知の感染症など臨床分野への応用を可能とする「臨床法医学」の資質を備えた基礎研究医及び関連職種の人材を養成することを目的としています。具体的には、令和2年に採択された文部科学省「先端研究基盤共用促進事業」と連携し、石川県警察本部科学捜査研究所および関連施設がもつ児童虐待や薬物中毒等に関連する情報を教育用にデータベース化し、参加大学教員および学外連携機関職員がそれらを活用することで実践的な生体鑑定模擬演習(D3)を含む法医学専門教育を行います。さらに臨床統計や関連法規、歯科法医学、検案実習などからなる法医学基礎科目(D1-D2)、卓越大学院、工学・分析系とも連携した法医学先端研究科目(D3-D4)をカリキュラムに加えることで、より先駆的な「臨床法医学」を実践できる人材の養成に取り組みます。This project aims to cultivate basic research physicians and professionals equipped with the qualities of "clinical forensic medicine," enabling applications in clinical fields such as child abuse, drug addiction, and unknown infectious diseases through collaboration with the fields of medicine, dentistry, engineering, and law, as well as with local communities. Specifically, the project collaborates with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's (MEXT) "Advanced Research Infrastructure Sharing Promotion Project," which was adopted in 2020 (Reiwa 2). It involves the creation of an educational database compiling information related to child abuse, drug addiction, and other issues, utilizing data from the Ishikawa Prefectural Police Headquarters Forensic Science Laboratory and related institutions. University faculty members and external affiliated institution staff will use this database to conduct specialized forensic medicine education, including practical forensic simulation training (D3). Furthermore, the curriculum will incorporate foundational forensic medicine subjects (D1-D2), including clinical statistics, relevant legal regulations, forensic dentistry, and post-mortem examination training. Additionally, advanced forensic medicine research subjects (D3-D4) will be introduced through collaboration with excellent graduate programs and fields such as engineering and analytical sciences. These initiatives will contribute to fostering professionals capable of pioneering the practice of "clinical forensic medicine."

法医学が専門で、法医病理学的手法を用い、金沢市を中心とした石川県加賀地方の要請に応じた法医実務における死因究明の任にあたっています。研究の興味の中心は暴力及び虐待問題への血管法医病理学の応用です。講義は経験とエビデンスに基づいた知識の伝達に努めます。明確な目的と使命感を持った人材の参加を期待します。Specializing in forensic medicine, I am responsible for determining causes of death in forensic practice using forensic pathological methods. I respond to requests from the Kaga region of Ishikawa Prefecture, particularly in Kanazawa City. My research interests primarily focus on applying vascular forensic pathology to violence and abuse issues. In lectures, I strive to convey knowledge based on experience and evidence. I look forward to welcoming individuals who possess clear objectives and a strong sense of mission.

My lectures will cover analytical chemistry in nano-environmental science and its applications. I hope the lectures will inspire students to discover innovative approaches in the field.

法曹養成の専門職大学院(法科大学院)で刑事訴訟法を教えています。刑事訴訟法は、捜査から刑事裁判での事実認定や判決宣告の手続を定める法律です。児童虐待などの犯罪には専門的知識を持つ専門員の調査情報が捜査の開始になったり、重要な証拠になります。情報収集や証拠に関する手続や規制を学び、犯罪予防のためのシステムを一緒に考える場にしたいと思います。I teach Criminal Procedure Law at the professional graduate school (Law School) for legal professional training. Criminal Procedure Law establishes procedures from investigation through fact-finding in criminal trials and sentencing. For crimes such as child abuse, investigation information from specialists with expert knowledge often initiates investigations and serves as crucial evidence. I want to create an environment where we can learn about procedures and regulations regarding information gathering and evidence, and together consider systems for crime prevention.

当講座では法医解剖を通じて主に石川県北部の能登地方の死因の究明を行っています。研究テーマは法医実務における死因解明への法医病理学的応用に加え、内因性急死事例の病因遺伝子や薬物摂取者における代謝酵素の遺伝的解析を行っています。また、指導教員は東京都の監察医として多数の検屍・解剖の実務経験を有し、学生の法医実務の知識と技術の習得に貢献します。法医学への熱意と興味を有する人材の参加を期待します。Our department conducts cause of death investigations primarily in the Noto region of northern Ishikawa Prefecture through forensic autopsies. Our research themes include forensic pathological applications for determining causes of death in forensic practice, as well as genetic analysis of pathogenic genes in cases of sudden natural de ath and metabolic enzymes in drug users. Additionally, the supervising faculty member has extensive practical experience in postmortem examinations and autopsies as a medical examiner in Tokyo, contributing to students' acquisition of practical knowledge and skills in forensic medicine. We look forward to welcoming individuals who have enthusiasm and interest in forensic medicine.

私の専門領域は、臨床感染症学、臨床微生物学、感染制御です。新型コロナウイルス対策では地域の医療関連施設の支援も行っております。感染症学の専門家の立場で参加しております。法医学との関わりは、原因不明の菌血症を繰り返した代理ミュンヒハウゼン症候群(MSBP)の事例の経験などです。次世代の法医学を支える人材の育成に貢献できれば幸いです。My areas of specialization are clinical infectious diseases, clinical microbiology, and infection control. I also provide support to regional medical facilities in COVID-19 countermeasures. I am participating as an infectious disease specialist. My connection to forensic medicine includes experience with cases of Munchausen syndrome by proxy (MSBP) involving repeated unexplained bacteremia. It would be my pleasure to help nurture talented individuals who will advance forensic medicine for the next generation.

専門は法中毒学と法化学であり、犯罪現場から採取された薬毒物や生体試料、その他様々な証拠品を分析し、事件解明の一翼を担ってきました。科学捜査研究所長を務め役職定年を迎えた後も科捜研に残り、一研究者として再び犯罪の最前線の分析を担っています。次世代の法医学を支える人材の育成に少しでもお役に立つことができれば幸いです。I specialize in forensic toxicology and forensic chemistry, analyzing drugs, poisons, biological samples, and various evidence collected from crime scenes to help solve criminal cases. After reaching mandatory retirement age as the director of the forensic science laboratory, I remained at the lab and returned to the frontline of forensic analysis as a researcher. I would be delighted to contribute even a little to developing professionals who will support the next generation of forensic medicine.
